Ways I Can Support You
Therapy can help with many of life’s challenges. Here are some of the areas we can explore together.
🟢 Anxiety & Overthinking
When worry feels constant or your mind won’t slow down.
🟢 Stress & Burnout
When you’re exhausted from carrying too much for too long.
🟢 Relationships
Improve communication, rebuild trust, or navigate difficult relationships.
🟢 Grief & Loss
Support through loss, change, and life’s most difficult transitions.
🟢 Life Transitions
Career changes, retirement, divorce, empty nest, or finding a new direction.
🟢 Self-Esteem & Personal Growth
Build confidence, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with yourself.
My Approach to Therapy
Therapy isn’t about having someone tell you what to do.
It’s about having a safe, respectful space where you can slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and discover practical ways to move forward.
Together, we’ll explore what’s most important to you, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as you move toward the life you want to create.
Every person brings a different story, different strengths, and different challenges. That’s why I don’t believe therapy should follow a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether you’re looking for support through a difficult season or hoping to better understand yourself, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
Taking the First Step
What to Expect
15 Minute Free Consultation
Beginning therapy can feel uncertain, especially if it’s your first time. My goal is to make the process comfortable, collaborative, and supportive from the very beginning. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
This complimentary consultation gives us an opportunity to connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. There is no pressure or obligation.
Your First Session
Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll explore what’s been happening in your life, discuss your goals, and begin developing a plan that reflects your unique needs, strengths, and hopes for therapy.
Ongoing Therapy
Healing and personal growth take time. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, building practical tools, increasing self-awareness, and helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and every step is guided by your goals.
A Safe and Confidential Space
Feeling safe, heard, and respected is the foundation of meaningful therapy. My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment, knowing your experiences will be met with compassion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ready to Begin?
Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or returning to therapy after time away, you’re welcome here. Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don’t have to take it alone.
You don’t need to know exactly where to begin. That’s what we’ll discover together.
Frequently Asked Questions

How long is each session?
Most therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length.

Yes. Your privacy is very important. Everything discussed in therapy is kept confidential except in the rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law to protect your safety or the safety of others. I will explain confidentiality and answer any questions during our first meeting.
How many sessions will I need?
Every person is different. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others appreciate ongoing therapy. Together, we’ll decide on a pace and plan that best meets your goals.
